So there is this cool website called www.withings.com that has a wifi enabled scale. Basically this thing after you step on it gets your weight body fat percent and body mass index and uploads it to its website. I’ve been watching what I eat ever since I came back from adtech san fran and I’ve lost a total of 15lbs. It helps track everything for you and it can track multiple users. Then you can log into the website, share your graph or even use a free iphone app and look at your progress online.
