This will be the 3rd time doing an affiliate dinner hosted by an affiliate for affiliates. A year ago we held the dinner at Mason located diagonal from the Sheraton and the response was overwhelming. We had an open bar on the monday for affiliates from 6pm to 8pm so it wouldn’t interfere with other parties that night. Affiliates and sponsors had the choice of ordering food with friends while they chatted at their own expense or their “Networks” expense.
We had over 250 people come through for the open bar meet and greet. The response on wickedfire located here http://www.wickedfire.com/shooting-shit/99619-major-props-heavyt.html was a major indication on how well it went. This year I’d like to do it again at the same place and I’m looking for sponsors.
