Stackthatmoney forums after the merge *MUST READ*

Jun 10, 2011

So its been about a month since I last reported about the stack the money forums located here http://www.stackthatmoney.com/forum and I’ve got very good news. Since then the forums have merged with Affexpert Tools, and Mr. Green bringing together a team of not only industry veterans but moderators including myself which answer and offer campaign advice on a daily basis. I literally cannot stop checking this forum to see whats new that people are posting, what new campaigns people are trying, and updates on case studies from media buying to social and ppc. For this time only they are offering access to the forums at a discount before it goes up again and there are limited spots available. So many industry people are on the forums now its uncanny. If you have been looking at getting into affiliate marketing or don’t know where to start, for the amount of money just to access this forum, this is worth every penny. Included with the forum you get the Affexpert tools, Guides from Besmir (a PPV expert) and guides from Mr. Green on Media Buys & POF. You also get a POF spy tool, Mr. Greens POF Ad Uploader, tons of discounts on 3rd party software and some new tools Besmir and Stackman have been working on which you can’t find anywhere else unless you’ve coded them yourself. Some of the info that is given away in here along with the discounts on services such as servers, spy tools, landers, etc pays for the membership itself. So head on over to http://stackthatmoney.com/newforum/1/ and sign up. If you still have doubts the list of mods and admins located on the forum speak for themselves. $189,000.00 tab at Tryst? Who live like dis?

$189,000.00 tab at Tryst? Who live like dis?

May 13, 2011

So I was recently checking my twitter and came across a tweet with this receipt in it. The receipt in question appears to be a bill form tryst night club in vegas. Now looking at this receipt it says its from May 5th of this month but the time stamp on it is before midnight. This kinda brings up a question, who spends money like this and cashes out before midnight IN vegas no less? Who live like dis? Well if you follow the link of the image located here http://twitpic.com/4wqv5j some have claimed it to be fake, some still say its real but I guess you have to come to your own conclusion yourself. Either way if it is real, thats one party I wouldn’t have minded being at....

Well I guess the rumors have been put to rest, and ECM finally closed. Things were off to a rocky start when ASW came. With so many partners going so many different ways the company was off to a rocky start at the beginning of the year. Alot of things happened and I did have some inside info as well as being privy to information concerning what actually happened at ECM. This email was sent out this month concerning the final status of the company, 6 million in funding or not. Due to current circumstances Elite Clicks Media, LLC. will be closing operations, so effective immediately Elite Clicks Media, LLC. will no longer be running or accepting any affiliate traffic. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions please direct your inquires to ecmclosing@gmail.com. I can’t really talk about the name of the company but I will in the coming...

If an affiliate ran over six figures, how important are they to you?

If an affiliate ran over six figures, how important are they to you?

Apr 16, 2011

Why am I posting this before my adtech recap you might ask, because I think its an important topic that begs the question, If an affiliate ran over six figures, how important are they to you? Let me ask this question, pose it to my readers. How important are affiliate relations to a company? How bad would it be to have an affiliate not taken care of who ran over 6 figures since the last conference. There is an affiliate that ran alot of traffic to a certain company that I know of. This affiliate cares alot about the manager/affiliate relationship as any should. But it seems that through out the last show his manager continually blew him off, as well as ignored attempts he made for them to meet with this manager. Now both individuals were there for a whole week, even tho the show wasn’t as long. Some background info, this affiliate who I “know” even 3 or 4 weeks ago made flight plans to go visit this company where there are located, to which the company agreed to put him up in a hotel for running as much money to the company as he did. This manager was supposed to show him the town he had never been to before, take in the sights, work at the company during the end of the week on his campaigns, and the weekend it was dinner, business, and being a tourist. This affiliate was then informed that because another pub could not decide what and where he wanted to meet this other manager, ie this manager was flying out to see this pub when he visits to the usa, that the other was more important and couldn’t lock down any time since she, oops, they wanted to keep their schedule open. Now back to adtech. This company, despite asking many times asking didn’t have anything planned but at the last minute a meet and greet was arranged but unfortunately this affliate had his meetings schedule booked a week or two in advance of the show so something so spontanious, last minute, and well short notice wouldn’t have been even considered with the ppv playbook...

How I prepare for a conference, and what I do that might help you.

How I prepare for a conference, and what I do that might help you.

Apr 10, 2011

One of the things people might have not done is attend a conference before. If you have the time and money I highly suggest it, especially if its an ASW or ASE. Usually the night before I pack my laptop, charging cords and misc cords, grab my business cards, and print out an iternary of my flights car rentals etc and stick it in the bag with me. If its adtech I grab my envelope with my passes in it and stuff it into my bag as well. When packing I usually pack all my dress shirts in bags already pressed and hung on hangers so all I gotta do is take them out and throw them in the closet in the room. This not only keeps the collars fresh and starched but also doesn’t wrinkle everything too much. As far as shoes my dress shoes stay in my bag and I travel with a pair of slip on rubber sole slippers. This makes it easy for security checks you just kick them off and kick them back on. If you ever seen the movie up in the air with george clooney the scene where he describes the quickest way to get through security yeah thats me. I always plan ahead, think wha ti need to take out, how many bins I need etc. For traveling on the plane I usually charge my ipod the night before and make sure I have a fresh battery in my Bose qc15 headphones. For reading material I usually grab the newest copy of Robb Report, if you don’t read it grab a copy if you can find it its the official magazine of internet marketers, affiliate marketers and ballers alike. For instance did you know the robb report did a 4 page spread on a suite in cesars palace that is 30k a night? Trust me it puts the playboy suite at the palms to shame. Anyway as far as flying I usually have a long day of traveling because of where I’m at and where I live, its usually atleast 2 connections but isn’t surprising that today will be 3. Today I’m traveling form IPT to...
